Set a default value for attachment category on the transactions/receipts form

Hi,

How to setup a default value with in the attachments form for transactions and receipts.

Currently  miscellaneous is the default category available. User has to select the value manually but we would like to see it default when use launches the attachments form. Can it be done without form personalization.
