My requirement is to put a validation such that when the Employee/Manager is trying to save a personal scorecard, the system will not allow unless the sum total of the weighting scale is equal to 100.

1.Navigate to the Manager Self-Service

2.Performance Management Plan

3.Click on the Cascade or Set Objective task

4.Set Worker Objectives Page

5.Select any employee and click on the Action icon

6.Let’s add 2 objectives for this employee.

7.We can set the weighting scale for the 2 objectives as desired.
