Creating One Supplier Quotation for All OUs (Global Quotation)

Hi,

My Company has 2 OUs and need to make 1 quotation for all Operating Unit. So when we create PR or PO and click the catalog button, we can see the quotation from all Operating Unit.

Is it possible to do so?
