Isupplier portal - sourcing -supplier registration

Hello

I have a question on the supplier registration

If I am correct i can ask for registration via these two 'modules'

but in I supplier portal something is mentioned on the prospective suppliers --

> does this mean that if I go to the registration process in Isup portal, and sourcing

that I am setup as a full supplier ??

eg that the supplier himself can setup himself (ofcourse with approval from buying company)

-ie they are in the ap tables in oracle ? (we are on R12)
