DbXtract Errors Out

Hi All,

The DbXtract process is reglarly eroring out : SBL-SMI-00077

Inside the log file , we can see there is an error ORA-01031: insufficient privileges.

We had done several database extracts and initialisation till now in the same application , and  this issue  was never seen.
