Tax Code with Offset Functionality in Receivables

Hi -

We are currently on 11i.   Is there capability in Receivables to create a Tax Code that will automatically generate an Offset?  A Tax Code in Payables allows this functionality but do not see this in Receivables.  This requirement has just been received from our Italy OU for their public customers.
