CRM On Demand - Web Services Integration (MOSC)

Does anyone have an example of how I can use Perl to call Web Services in CRM On Demand?

in CRM On Demand - Web Services Integration (MOSC) Question

I am very experienced in using Web Services with CRM On Demand with .Net and Java but I have not seen any examples of how to do the same with Perl.  I have a requirement to do this.   If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
