AutoAllocation Launcher - Increment Date Parameter Issue

I am having Allocation Set configured in system which has collection of allocation rules for various active projects. I am scheduling AutoAllocation Launcher from Allocation workbench for each of the allocation set. When I do submission, the system asks to put PA Period and expenditure item date (which are mandatory). When i do submit i takes me to concurrent program ssubmission window. I put the required schedule to run once in a day with increment date parameter checked.

The issue is the program runs on required schedule but the expenditure item date is not incremented. For all the runs, the expenditure item date stays same as what i provided while scheduling the program.
