OA Framework Extension Error

Dear All

I have extended SuppSummCO controller on AP suppliers Inquiry form. On applying it is giving an error: "oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not create Java class: (xxSuppSummCO) associated with region: (PageLayoutRN). This is probably because the class name is wrong or not included in project."

What may be the cause?? Also how to revert changes I have made??
