JDE serivces not starting after installation of platform pack on enterprise server

Hi Experts,

i need ur help in resolving this issue.I am creating a new setup for lab purpose.i have installed platform pack on machine sucessfully but when i go to services.msc and try to start JDE910 B9 NETWORK service it is not getting started and give me error as below:"Error:1053:service did not respond to start or control in timly fashion.
