character set conversion

Hi,

We are on 11.2.0.2 DB and using R12.1.3 Oracle applications.

WE have been on Oracle applications since last 7 years. Initially our database was created with US7ASCII character set. Since we are having some issues with some international characters (specially French), we have decided to change the CS. After my study AT32UTF8 is the CS we would like to migrate to.

I have gone through DMU documentation and all other notes related to this. It seems we cannot use DMU to cleans our data. WE will need to use Oracle apps UI only to cleanse our data.

I have ran database scan usign DMU and have got the scan report exported from DMU.
