How can we map the individual development plan and Career development Plan in Oracle HRMS. Is there any standard way to map with HRMS module. If you have reference documents please share it

Individual Development PLan:

Based on the performance appraisal, some improvement plan based on the poor rating

Career Development Plan:

To develop the employee skills identified for the Key position
