Email notification is failing and not coming into Mailbox

Hi All,

There is issue started suddenly related to email notification where Buyer is not receiving any PO Approval notifications.

He is able to see the notification in his worklist in Oracle.

This problem started suddenly.

Checked all user related setups.

MAIL_STATUS column shows as 'Failed' value in wf_notification table.

Kindly help on this issue as this is urgent.
