JD Edwards E1 Forecasting applications-How to set up summary constants (P4091)?

I'm exploring the JD Edwards forecasting applications and I'm not finding much documentation on the proper way to set up the summary constants (P4091).  Is there Documentation or has anyone done this who can provide some direction?
