MIN MAX created move orders are autoallocating onhand from specific subinventory ONLY after MOPS

We are facing one issue where ONLY onhand from one specific subinventory is getting auto allocated in move orders (MO created by MIN MAX) even through that SI is not defined as source SI in org item attributes.

When users are running the MIN MAX to replenish the onhand in destination SI, move order is getting created. Now we dont have defined source SI for items in org item form > tools > item SI, but that SI is taken while allocating the MO lines.

MIN MAX is ran SI level.

Can anyone please update?
