We are on 9.1 and have installed Vertex 4.0 (Payroll) as well as applicable ESUs JM13979 and JM17145.  We saw no Special Instructions for either ESU. 

I understand F0701730 is updated by running R0701370.

1. At present we have 391 records in both our Production and PY environments.  Is this number correct?

2. Our F0701730 records show "Date Updated = 6/3/13".  When should R0701370 be processed?  When ESU Special Instructions indicate it is necessary?  When Vertex is updated monthly?
