error after running the perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier.

Customer is attempting to create a test environment to upgrade for use with JAVA7. Unable to proceed with this project.

While performing the clone, receives following error after running the perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier. Currently running on R12.1.2.

ERRORCODE = 137 ERRORCODE_END
.end std out.
/usr/lib/hpux32/dld.so: Unsatisfied code symbol ‘nnftboot’ in load module ‘/fdev
/oracle/FISDEVL/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/lib32/libclntsh.so.10.1′.

Also received error in context file:

No errors from what I can see on the DB side from his uploaded log files…error is only appearing on apps.
