MOPS not allocating move order automatically.

Hello ,

We are facing issue with one of organization where MOPS not allocating move order automatically, We have done couple of test case where we found MOPS only do auto allocation when particular subinventory have on hand for move order included form.

If we don't have on hand for this particular subinventory then MOPS will not work for auto allocation.
