513 Msg Too Large
Upgraded Aura Session Manager from 6.1 to 6.3 and started getting 513 Msg Too Large after 10m and session would disconnect caller. Have been told by VAR to change option +max-udp-length=0 under sip-config.
This is what Avaya is saying:
Avaya believes that the correct solution is to do topology hiding in the ACME’s via Route Headers. They are saying that System/Session Manager 6.1 used ubiquiti software and System/Session Manager 6.3 uses IBM WebSphere. The IBM WebSphere software added additional headers which is causing the 513 errors in the ACME. See the attachment for the requested packet sizes as well. Let me know how you would like to proceed.
