Is there a process to update the total weight on an order line?

We have a situation when starting to produce a new item that we have a need to set up the item master in order to set the BOM but we don't necessarily have the product unit weight. Also the customer will place an order via EDI in anticipation of the new product shipping after the completion of the product. So the Order Detail line, F4211, will load and calculate the weight based on the original estimated unit weight. As the product is completed and packed out an official weight is determined and the item master conversion is updated. Is there
