Records on detailed view are NOT queried

Hi Wizards,

I have a screen(Account) with 2 views configured that are based on same BO(Account) ,BCs. and different parent categories.(Siebel open ui 8.1.1.11 with Patchset 13)

View1:

Has Sequence 1 under the screen views,it has a custom parent category.

Applet A based on BC1 with searchpec1.

View1:

Sequence 2 under the screen views, with category defined as Account List.

Applet  B based on BC1 with searchpec2.

When I navigate to account screen from Account list Applet  and click on the view tab of View 2, none of the joined fields are populated (both implicit and explicit).

If I do a refresh of the Applet, I can see the data.If I make these Fields' Force Active' at the BC level, I can see the data.
