Unable to do launch pick release or ship confirm from Shipping transaction form

Hi all,

      I am facing one issue while doing pick release or ship confirm from shipping transaction form. when I select launch pick release from action menu and click on GO button no action will be performed. Same way if i did pick release from manual release form it is working but when i again came on shipping transaction form to do ship confirm as I click ship confirm button or select ship confirm in action menu and click Go same happend. No action will performed.

    I am using R12( version 12.1.3). immediate reply will be appreciated.
