Database upgrade 10.2.0.3 Standard Edition to 11.2.0.4 Enterprise Edition 32-bit linux

Hi ,

We are upgrading database from 10.2.0.3.0 32-bit standard editin to 11.2.0.4 32-bit enterprise edition. Do we need to perform any additional steps or we can simply follow "Complete Checklist to Upgrade the Database to 11gR2 Using DBUA (Doc ID 870814.1)" for this upgrade.

Please suggest !
