changing company names across all receivable bills and customer correspondence

we need to change company name, websites across all the receivables bill, Dunning letters i.e. across all customer correspondence. Kindly suggest what should be the ideal way to do it.

we have dunning letter templates but I can't find any template for the billing programs.
