IRSS tax is ot calculating for personal (Brazil Localization)

Hi All,

We have observed IRSS tax is not calculating for personal/coroporate.  It seems to be we missed some setup.  Please let me know what are the required setups to calculate irss, and how it will be calculated.

We are using Enterprise one E910 and release 9.1.3
