Role relationship - sysadmin not in the list to choose

Hi, wondering when i checked the JDE in P0092\role relationship , the JDE is tied with sysdmin...but when i check on the available roles on the right hand side column, the sysadmin can not be found.but .it only can be pick up by specifying the sysadmin in search column...is this normal ?

by the way, what is table for storing user's user roles....

what is F9005 for ?  does it have all the roles defined in this table as variant name field ?
