Can we hide the Task list Folders?

We have 7 Task list folders.

User "A" has  access to a single task list folder and is able to access the task list and the Task list folder. Our requirement is to know if we can hide the other 6 Task list folders as the user "A" does not have access to those task list folders. Though the user "A" is not able to see the task lists from those folders we also want to hide those Task Lists Folders.
