disk_asynch_io parameter and concurrent I/O?

Oracle 11.2.0.3.0


The vxfs filesystems are mounted with concurrent I/O (cio) accrding to the following document

Question: Does the disk_asynch_io parameter have any affect when running concurrent I/O?

What are the recommended ("best practice" settings) for filesystemio_options and disk_asynch_io with cio?

filesystemio_options=setall  and disk_asynch_io=TRUE ?
