Cost and number of decimals

Cost of a label that is placed on each package costs $.0009767.

There are 1000 labels per roll.

If I set the UOM to MP = 1000 labels, then the cost becomes .9767.

Given that I only need one label per package.

But the lowest UOM is now MP and not EA.

The UOM on the BOM would request .001 MP.

Will the cost be calculated correctly?

Or is there a better way to handle such small cost per each?

Am I left with floor issuing the 1000 labels?  And not rolling the cost of the labels into the rolled up cost of the end product?

Any thoughts?

Howdy, Stranger!
