Typical adstrtal.sh runtime?

I'm in the process of an R12 upgrade and adstrtal.sh is taking a good 15 minutes to run.  This is all new hardware while the 11i instance on 10 year old hardware takes 1-2 minutes.  Is this typical or could this indicate something wrong with my setup?
