Health Care Reform - what approaches are being implemented for part-time benefits eligible emps?

We have reviewed the system changes related to health care reform, and would like to get feedback as to how other companies are implementing these changes.  While we have considered using the new ACA Full Time flag on the People form, this is not up-datable by the manager is self-service.  What other approaches have been successful?
