Changing promised deli date in a config transfer orders throws a transactional warning message

Hi,

        We are facing a strange issue. Here is the scenario:

1. Create an intercompany sales order (SI) for a config item

2. ENter the segment answers and save the order

3. Re-inquire the same order and select "SO Detail Revision"

4. Change the Promised delivery date on the config parent line item and tab down

It throws a "Transactional Warning message" saying: "This application did not originate the transaction. Therefore, only the original application will allow committing the change in the configuration."

Did anybody face a similar issue? Pls provide your inputs.
