In oracle ERP by design is there any filter to list all super user/manager/admin responsibilities wi

I am trying to list out all seeded super user, manager, administrator responsibilities. I couldn't find any commonality in data for such records which can separate them from other responsibilities. Is there any such qualifier I can use as filter in my sql? Any help towards it is appreciated.
