How the credit limit approvals can be set for the Position of a credit analyst

DOes Oracle Credit management in R12.2.4 supports approval limits for credit analysts?

John (Junior Credit Analyst) - Judy (Senior Credit Analyst) - Kyle (Credit manager)

Credit Limit of John: $1000

Credit Limit of Judy : $1001- $5000

Credit Limit of Kyle : $5001 and more

Q1. Can we set Credit approval limits for John , Judy, Kyle? Example: If the Credit Application amount is $10,000 the application should directly go to Kyle (Credit Manager")?

Q2. Can we implement the Credit Approval limits on the employee positions. i.e. Junior Credit Analyst, Senior Credit Analyst, Credit Manager, rather than on the credit analyst name.
