When creating a Service request and selecting the request type, it does not display a resolution dat
When creating a Service request and your choose Request type (1), it does not show a resolution date in the calculation.
If you then select Request type (2), it shows the resolution date.
Then when you got back to Request type (1), it now shows a resolution date.
We need to have this configure as some Agents will only be able to log request tyoe (1) on the system.
Can someone please provide some insight into this issue?
