Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not able to create ASL for commodity based purchase from GBPA

Hi,

Customer is not using items, all the procurement happening based on category.

We created a GBPA for a Category, following attributes enabled

Enable Automatic Sourcing
Update Sourcing Rules and Assignments

On approval Program 'Generate Sourcing Rules and ASLs from Blanket Agreements' fired, but ASL not created

following are the profile values

PO: Allow Auto-generate Sourcing Rules -> CREATE AND UPDATE
PO: Allow Autocreation of Oracle Sourcing Documents -> Yes
MRP:Default Sourcing Assignment Set is set
MRP:Sourcing Rule Category Set is set
