upgrade to Tools relase 9.1.5

I have a question for E1 upgrade. We are currently upgrading from E812 to E910. Currently, we have installed E910 - Update 4 (Tools Release 9.1.4) and doing the migration. Recently, Oracle announced 'Tools Release 9.1 Update 5 and Application Enhancements'. So, we do not want to risk and use this latest tools update in our Upgrade.

1. How stable is E910 - Update 5 tools release.

2. Is it safe from tools release 9.1.4 to 9.1.5 ?

Any brief idea would suffice.
