System constants set up error

Hi,

I am working on JDE 9.1 , am getting an error of system constants not set up while releasing the quote order. Though the system constants when checked had been set up.

Attaching herewith the screen shot for your kind reference.This error is for particular branch plant, whereas for other branch plant it gets processed.

Please advise.
