what setups needed to be done to send out remittance email to supplier?

Hello,

Remittance emails does not go out of Oracle. What setups needed to be done to make sure remittance emails will go to suppliers regarding the payment done to supplier?

The supplier setup has supplier email setup done.

Please let me know why emails are not going out to suppliers when payment is done.
