How can we have EB Sales Tax applicability only for certain products?

Is it possible to have Sales tax applicable only for certain products. Products Code is part of the chart of accounts structure. And well, the AR invoice has multiple product codes (revenue lines) and only certain product codes (revenue) needs to have tax applicability. Can we configure tax rules to accommodate this?
