Ownership Change for S/N
Hi All,
Need to discuss and require your suggestion. Initially order was created against Customer # 58996 and Site #75356 was active. Now when someone trying to create an RMA to return the serial #, he had to use a different Customer # that was active. When doing so, this would require a “Change of Ownership”. From my understanding, in order to do the change of ownership, the old account number (Customer # 58996 and Site #75356) must be active as well.
I don’t understand why the old address/Customer# needs to be active in order to change the ownership. Please explain this to us.
