Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Transaction Date

Hi,

We have a Credit Memo created from OM in Jan-15. The Transaction Date is pointing to Dec-14. Dec-14 is a closed period.

Auto Invoice program that ran to create this CM has a default date as 19-Jan-2015.

I am confused as to how the date is pointing to Dec-14. (No user update has happened)

Any ideas please ?
