Model BOM across orgs

Have a model bom driven from configurator in OrgA. BOM structure looks like this>>>ModelBOM>>>Option Class>>>Phantom Option>>>Components  This ModelBOM is also utilized as a planning bill for we forecast at the model level. In  the near future  we will build the same
configuration in OrgB. However the model bom will be commoned over from OrgA to  OrgB. Is there a way to have different planning percentages between the twoorgs at the component level?
