MTR for App Release 8.9 anywhere?

Hi,

I am looking to see some options for upgrading the tools release on JDE Application release 8.9. Currently Tools 8.96 is installed.

I can't seem to find anything that references 8.9 at all? The earliest release I can see is 8.11 in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Current MTR Index (Doc ID 747323.1) article.

I am specifically looking to see if tools 8.98.x is supported on App Release 8.9? Does 8.11 have the same MTRs as 8.9, can I just 8.11 as a reference?
