License questions for OEM 12c

Hi all

Hopefully you can confirm the license information about OEM 12c? W

Do i need to pay an extra-license for OEM agent for each database? how oracle licenses handle that?

DO i need to pay an extra-license for OS plugins?

I 'm implementing OEM12c in my company and i don't want to realize after sometime that i need to pay extra-license for each piece of part of this?

We have implemented OEM 12c with 1 DB repository and the Weblogic console need it, but I'm thinking that each oem 12c agent per database has an extra-license support and also the plugins due we'd like to have the benefits to monitor or administer at OS level some things
