19659562 – EBS 1213 IE 11 consolidation patch for CRM jtffmcr1.jsp doesn't compile

When applying patch 19659562 - EBS 1213 IE 11 consolidation patch for CRM, I noticed in the log that the jsp compile had one error.  Looking at the logs, I see it failed on jtffmcr1.jsp.
