20257699:R12.XLA.B

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

Im looking for 'balancing at two segments' feature by applying the patches

1) 17325813:R12.FUN.B,

2) 16663728:R12.GL.B,

3) 17028916:R12.XLA.B But this patch is now obsolete and I raised an SR and they suggested 20257699:R12.XLA.B as a replacement patch. But this replacement patch is not available for 12.1.3

As per Doc ID 1959136.1, we want to apply 20257699:R12.XLA.B but it is not available for 12.1.3 but only available as controlled patch for 12.2



Can someone please advice what I can do now ?
