I run daily backups using RMAN. I have been getting the following message:

RMAN-06207: WARNING: 1 objects could not be deleted for DISK channel(s) due

RMAN-06208:          to mismatched status.  Use CROSSCHECK command to fix status

RMAN-06210: List of Mismatched objects

RMAN-06211: ==========================

RMAN-06212:   Object Type   Filename/Handle

RMAN-06213: --------------- ---------------------------------------------------

RMAN-06214: Datafile Copy   /home/oracle/cntrlNprdBckUp.ctrl

The file was a backup to trace requested by support and was on disk for about a week before the service request was closed and I deleted the file manually. I have created a file with the same name/place but the error continues to show up. I have used the command recommended in the message: crosscheck backup but all files are available. Any suggestions?

Howdy, Stranger!
