Autonomous Scheduler and Task Priority Based Rescheduling

Scenario is:

Task is assigned to technician A who is in the field doing an earlier task.

Meanwhile, an urgent task (task priorty = critical) comes through for the same geographic location where technician A is currently working.

Client would like the scheduler to automatically reshuffle the tasks once the new critical task is created and assign the critical task to the technician A and move the earlier task assigned (but not Accepted) to him to a later time within the same planned start date and end date window.

Is this functionality of auto rescheduling of existing plus new task possible without manual intervention.
