FRM-30085: Unable to adjust form for output when compile with forms 11.1.2.2 and Database 12c?

When I compile a form in versión  Forms 11.1.2.2, and Database Oracle Enterprise 12c, I have the message FRM-30085: Unable to adjust form for output. But when I use Database Oracle Enterprise 10g, i have successful compilation.

I need to know what is the difference between versions of database that generates the error. I have attended notes
